Does anybody have an e-mail address for an appropriate department in the BBC where I can get feedback about the following?: Some months ago, the BBC stopped supplying the full Ceefax service for overseas viewers and replaced it with a reduced service which comprises programme schedules, a few recipes and not much else. Our main gripe, however, is that the programme pages are often out of date, pages from one or two days previously appearing instead. The cable company says, "It's the BBC". I have scoured the BBC web site and cannot find any way to contact the BBC direct. The "Points of View" and other message boards are no help. Any ideas?

I have e-mailed the following address a couple of times about various issues [email protected]. I too had problems finding an address as every time you click on a link it takes you back to points of view etc.It was found by sheer luck & in their defence they answered with 2-3 days & that included the weekend. Good luck!
I've had the same problem (maybe they think it will cut down on complaints!). I haven't got time to search for it now, but there is some sort of contact email form that isn't "Points of View" if you keep looking!
