I need help with the following please. What different IT activities are covered by these laws and guidelines

That's what I need to know! I didn't know that there were any. It is a question set by the NVQ people.

That's a stupid question - how on earth can you say what activities are covered by these laws and guidelines when you don't know what the laws and guidlelines are?

Are you sure you are reading the whole thing properly? The very fact that they refer to these laws and guidelines suggests to me that they would have mentioned what they are somewhere!

Which NVQ are you doing exactly?

You are looking at the performance or evidence criteria, above that should be a list of things that you are covering. It sounds like the Health and Safety part of the qualification, so I would look at the www.hse.gov.uk site and look under regulations for IT users
