Help Nvq Level 2 Customer Service Again

Sorry to post another question i have covered my previous one now.

There is another question relating to the same thing.

List the main things they must do and not do it their job under legislation and regulation that affects their customer service work?

These are a few that i have up to now but there are lots more please help this is my last unit and then my file gets assessed :)


Treat customers equally Refuse service on grounds of difference
Keep customers safe Ignore hazards
Give alternative goods for a return Refuse to exchange goods
Inform customers of refund policy Give inaccurate information
