I saw a post from someone else who hinted that a tree frame was used by someone who looks after trees - a tree s-----n, also the name of someone who works in an alternative 'theatre' to one which puts on plays. Hope this clue is better.
Just switched on Janbuck, brains back in working order today. Hope Smouse's is. Many thanks.
yep - it takes a while sometimes

Hi everyone - what have you got for number 6? Is it journalist or researcher. Could someone please explain 'dyer' for number 43. Thanks
Question Author
Just got what 'dyer' is all about now but have just noticed that I'm not sure about number 44. Someone said 'Chandler' as it is a character in 'the' book but Rankin wrote loads of Rebus books. When I first did it I came up with 'watchman' - that was the title of a Rankin book but not a Rebus one so it can't be right. Help please.
Hello Janbuck,
I've put researcher for no:6. Suppose it could be either, I'm sticking with that.
did you miss the suggestion (and its a good one) of optic ian
for the rhebus one
Yes Smouse, It is good and I think I'll go with that. Never really knew connection with rebus apart from Ian Chandler being an author but I think optician will be the one we are LOOKing for!!
Question Author
