They only stand out 'cos all the dumb Americans are either trying to find the on switch on their PC, think they know everything already and therefore have no need to use the answerbank or are too busy out shooting each other to care. ;0)

British education isn't the world's greatest, unless you pay through the nose to get it done properly; in general I usually find Americans more articulate. But I understand Americans think all Englishmen are like Hugh Grant or Alan Rickman and so are prepared to forgive them their bad English because of their suave good looks.

You're right, Elvis. In London most of the shooting is done outside school, and that is because the shooters and victims don't go to school. In the States most of the shooting is done in the school because the shooters don't want the stigma of absenteeism.

Cambus,

My American relatives are visiting at the moment and apparantly there were more teenagers shot and killed in their small area in Virginia since January than there have been in the whole of the UK. Another thought, maybe the questions being posed by the American Abers are of such low quality that it is only the more gramatically challenged within the UK that feel compelled to respond.
