sorry for last part of answer as no one who has posted so far had made the offensive comments about women being stupid. God knows I haven't reached my age without hearing it all before and worse, must be some sort of woman thing that makes me irritated with deliberate attempts to denigrate half the human population.

well, there are some really retrogressive posts hereabouts, ruby, and I think their stupidity is kind of leaking out into the surrounding countryside, a sort of biosecurity lapse. Foot-in-mouth disease maybe?

God, does this mean contamination by the dreaded stupid disease. I hope the vaccinations work because if the 'brain not engaged, foot in mouth' have to be culled, and to prevent the spread, and are not allowed to travel within a certain radius of non stupid threads - it will be the end of AB.
