I know of a rare, but really good Terry Hall track, called "Ultramodern Nursery Rhyme" - part of the lyrics go "hay baby, get off to school, you act crazy, but never cool". Can someone send me the rest of the lyrics. I'd much appreciate it. Thanx.

I am fairly sure I bought this record.Terry sang it with 2 girls, and I think the group was called 'Terry, Blair, & Anoushka.I will try and dig it out of the loft, give it a play, and jot down the lyrics.
Ha happier times Ba ba better days Hey everything's groovy So what d'ya say Ha happier times Like a nursery rhyme Hey baby choose your name And then baby we'll play a game Go walk the path, make us laugh Suffer fools but never let them near you And hey lazy get off to school You act crazy but never cruel Learn right from wrong Sing protest songs Like gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme Everything i ask for Remember, remember Wherever you go The smaller, grow taller Ha, happier times Ba, ba, better days Hey everything's groovy So what d'ya say Ha, happier times Like a nursery rhyme Hey everything's groovy And if in danger, if in doubt Run in circles, scream and shout Keep on keeping on Be the groovy one When all about you Sing their songs of sadness Remember (remember) remember (remember) Whatever you do All we do Is love you Ha, happier times Ba, ba, better days Hey everything's groovy So what d'ya say Ha, happier times Like a nursery rhyme Hey baby choose your name And then baby we'll play a game Go walk the path Make us laugh Suffer fools but never let them near you Remember, remember Whatever you do All we do, is love you
