Booked return flight from Gatwick to Charlotte and have to change in New York. This means changing airports. Will transfer be included and luggage transferred automatically, or do we have to organise transport.

why do you have to change airports, from where to where, luggage has to be collected in new york, then go through customs,i doubt transfers are included, you made the booking, how do you not know all of these things,it should be on your booking iteinary
Mr Spudqueen once had to change airports in New York, and no, it wasn't included. He had to get a taxi. As Norman says, you'll have to collect your luggage and go through immigration and customs before you can leave the airport to get your taxi to the other airport!
You always have to clear customs and collect your bags at your first point of entry in the US. You don't say which two airports you have to go between though - JFK, EWR or LGA - let us know and we will help with the transfer times and possibilities
