A novice' how do i get rid of unwanted email addresses
coming up onoutlook express

Go to the unwanted message, then on the top lefthand side of Outlook are File, Edit etc, click on Message there is an option to block sender click that. Hope that works for you.

good but what's happening is when I send an email e.g to Butlin@ etc,go to new,type in Brown@ up comes Butlin@ also, and I don't want Butlin anymore' It wont go away

Sorry misunderstood your question. Find Butlin in your address book, right click on it and there is an option to delete that address.
