I was parked on a corner and next to a dropped kerb outside a shop. I know I wasn't meant to park there but I just popped into the shop and when I came out someone had reversed into the front of my car they are saying it was not there fault because I was parked on a corner but I am saying that it was both of our faullts because she was driving without due care and attention. No damage was done to her car but the headlight has broke on mine. Which one of us is right?

If you werent in your car and she was driving - surely she could have avoided you and there was nothing you could do about it as you weren't driving at the time. take it to your insurance co and they will argue it - but almost all claims like this go with the car that was parked - she should have looked where she was going.

thanx for your time in answering my question mate
2 wrongs dont make a right

she should have looked where she was reversing

just because someone is in an unexpected place doesn't entitle someone else to hit them
shes to blame for driving a car whilst being female.

recipe for disaster.

thank god they arent allowed to vote yet . lol
No matter what a acciedent ocured which means she drove into your car, legally this should be repoted to the police and to both insurance company's.
You are not in the wrong because she/he hit your car regardless where you where parked, she/he should of seen your car?
If you are being told you can not have there detailes because they belive you are wrong go to the police because they hit your car regardless of where your car was parked!
Good luck
