We are due to go to Cyprus in 2 weeks, Thomas Cook say they sent tickets out on the 4th July, we haven't got them yet. They are now saying if we haven't got them 7 days before we go they will arrange tickets on departure, I presume this means we need to collect them at the airport. However, I have visions of them not being there. Anyone else had this problem?

I've collected 'tickets on departure' many times. If you are to collect them at the desk, then there won't be any problem. On one occasion we had to collect them from a tour company rep at a very busy Heathrow. The problem then was finding him - happily we'd arrived early! If you're concerned, take along any correspondence you've had from Thomas Cook on the subject as back-up.

Ok thanks for that. Thomas Cook have been very good at replying to our emails. It may seem a bit melodramatic but when you've been saving up all year for your one major holiday you tend to panic when things don't go according to plan. I'm going to print out out all the emails we have had from them to take with us as backup too as well as the invoices etc.
