vinegar & salt crisp
chocolate bar
ice cream
jelly babies
pepsi
Oh society, hang your head in shame. Kirstyhev said healthy! Your selection is so full of sugar/fat and additives I am worried for your health. Were u joking? Most sarnis in supermarkets have the fat/carb/protein contents on the label.

the funny thing is that people actually do eat that stuff for lunch!
If you wanna be ultra healthy and eat stuff which is good for you and fill you up, try oat cakes, grapes, oat cereal bar, unsalted nuts, dried fruit and lots of nice cold water. You can eat this throughout the day and you won't suffer from peaks and troughs from dippy blood sugar!
