Hi K,
Hope you're keeping well.
Val.
The origin of clot is the Germanic term "Klutz "or "klotz "which meant "a block of wood" and became a reference to a stupid or simple person.
Hello Val. Yes well but very wet! At least no flooding here in the South !

Good to hear from you again- you're absences are getting longer and longer.

Regards K
The origin in this case Geomax means the first letter of the word Clot which together with Low (vulgar) and N (name) makes CLOWN (a fool).

A cryptic clue.
Was in hospital last week for an operation on my shoulder, so I'm one handed at the moment, got my arm in a sling. Very frustrating. Nice to hear from you too. Just nipping to the market now,bit of retail therapy.
