I very rarely read and reply to a post with so many answers, but I made an exception with this one.

I don't hate or dislike the ordinary peace loving Muslims, those that are, please put up your hands and be counted.

I don't think anyone disagrees that it is Muslim terrorists that right now, are tryng to kill and maim hundred, if not thousands, in Britain, therefore, its perfectly understandable when someone says they hate all Muslims, I may not agree with that, but I understand it.

Thing is, would someone like to explain why these peace loving Muslims are not coming out en masse, vocally or otherwise, against these terrorists?.

I work with quite a few Muslims, likeable people, but unfortunately, as no-one really knows anyone else, they must all be viewed as potential terrorists.

On The Muslim Council of Britain website,

'Friday 29 June 2007

Following this morning's reports of a planned car bomb attack in the centre of London, the Muslim Council of Britain backs the appeal from Deputy Assistant Commissioner, Peter Clarke, for people to come forward with any information they may have that could possibly help the police with their inquiries.

"We must start by expressing our appreciation to those police officers who were tasked with securing the area and removing the threat from the explosive device. It is now a duty upon all the rest of us to help the police so that they can bring whoever was involved in this plot swiftly to justice,"

Said Dr Muhammad Abdul Bari, Secretary-General of the Muslim Council of Britain.'
