How do I put music on my phone?

I have a D750i (sony Ericsson) and need to know how to transfere music from my computer to my phone.

install the disc2phone software on the cd-rom that came with the phone.
you will then need one of the smaller ended usb leads to plug into your phone(dont know the proper name!)

start the software, your pc will see your phone and off you go !

matt, hi back again I get the sony phone on the screen ok, then I search all music, which comes up ok, then how do I send it to my phone?

you lierally just drag and drop the songs into the disc2phone where it says.

I've found out the problem. When I drag the tracks over, they do load onto my phone, but will not play on my phone, I think its the file they've been transfered on? I need to transfere them on an mp3 file. I do have windows media 11 on my computer.
