at what age?

hi does anyone know what age a child can decide where they want to live?

I have herd conflicting answers to this. Some have said 9 years old, some have said 12 years old!

thanks very much... i thought the same my ex is insisting its 8... and has already brought this up with my child who is 7!!! 9 seems a bit young to me....

12 is more likely, although I have to say I don't think a child should be made to choose who they live with ~ all circumstances should be considered and of course, the best interests of the child :o)
