I want to move to the usa and be a paramedic over there. I am currently an Emergency Medical Technician in this country and need to know if th USA accept my qualification or if i will need to re train over there?

you will have to retrain but may be able to "challenge" to tests or classes since you have experience, and may be able to simple test out of the classes, which will get your license that much faster
