With curtain wire. Put some hooks around the top of the bay frame and the wire hooks over it to keep it to the shape of the bay.

Or look here and scroll down a bit, they sell rods for bay windows.

Any High Street curtain shop will sell bendable curtain tracking. Just ask the salesman in the shop to assist yuo in buying the correct one. Make sure you have the window measurements before you go shopping!!
