You can't dye fabric white. You could try washing with this stuff

Might not make it white, but should brighten it up a bit.
If they are made from a synthetic material it will be practically impossibe to dye them, if they are natural fabric ie cotton then dying will be easy, Robert Dyas sell dyes. Be warned though, if the thread used to sew the hems etc are synthetic they will stay their original colour even after dying.
there is a product specifically for this job....not sure of the maker's name but it is by the same company that makes Glow-white. It is called net curtain whitener.......does the job well.
I have had Ivory coloured voiles and was astonished at how grubby they looked from outside, you either learn to love them or replace with similar white nets. You will never get cream nets white.
Glo White is great for brightening dull whites but is not a dye.
Woops didn't see you wanted to dye them white, Dylon sell a olour stripper, never used it though.
Could you just bleach them?
Bleaching woud probably make them go yellow.
