They're actually a brand name, seen here ...
However, they can be made at home with this recipe:
Roma tomatoes (about 10 to 12 medium)
olive oil
salt
pepper
caster sugar
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons thyme, chopped

Core and halve tomatoes.
Brush with olive oil.
Sprinkle with all other ingredients.
Place them flat on a tray and dry in oven on 125 Degrees C for 45 minutes to 1 hour
Bon Apptit!
Great recipe Clanad, I love sunblush toms, gonna try that one. three stars from me ***
Thanks for that warpig3 ... I see you have added a grade... I sincerely hope 1 and 2 are doing well, or are they in porcine heaven?
ha ha Clanad, 1 was terminated for being naughty, 2 has gone AWOL.

Just one question, does it have to be Roma tomatoes or will it work with other types?

Warpig3, I like Romas because of the acid content giving them a sharp flavor, but there's no reason why one couldn't use any smaller tomatoes...
Hi Clanad,
Tried your recipe this morning, minus the thyme.I had a lot of the very small tomatoes which needed using and I remembered your recipe. Absolutely gorgeous, I've been snacking on them all day. I could quite seriously get addicted. I think I'll switch to them instead of chocolates which I have been stuffing my face with since I stopped smoking 9 months ago.
Thank You.
Val.
