what time at night does law state that ball games stop on a residential street both during the week and at weekends.

there are no strict times,but if its causing a nuisance,contact your local council.

here in the uk we do not have any statute to cover when ball games must finish

10.30pm seems to be the norm around here don't want to approach those involved until I know what the council says. Will speak to the council on tuesday. Thank you

You might wish to contact your local police who may issue a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) on the grounds of Alarm, Distress and/or Harrassment

Thanks for your answers. Got in touch with the local housing officer, he didn't know. They are going to put up 'no ball games' notice. Apparently without them they cannot enforce anything.
