Hi all I do is before I go to bed is rub baby oil into my feet, put on a light pair of cotton socks & in the morning they are fine. If you are going to try this in the evening be very careful you don't slip over!
Hope this is helpful.
i tried the Scholl cracked heel repair cream last year and it was great. available from any high st chemists and you apply it twice a day for a couple of days and all fixed.
Boots make an excellent cream called Gorgeous feet cracked heel repair .I started to see the difference straight away after years of suffering, please try it you won't be disappointed.
after I recommended the Boots stuff, a friend of mine says she has tried it, and although good, her feet were really bad, and she uses CCS Skin Care Plus Heel Balm which it says is for the most difficult cases of rough, dry and cracked heels, you can also use it on cuticles, nails, elbows etc. She gets it from Boots, around 7.
