I have approx 49 mtrs of BT line running through my curtailage can anyone advise me on how to apply for wayleave payments from British Telecom. Any advice would be appreciated.

You need to speak to the local BT Wholesale network planners responsible for your area. They are normally located in the main towns in your area. Best bet is to ring 100 and ask to be put through to the BT local engineering manager who will more than likely know your local contact. Don't be surprised though that the wayleaves may have already been paid for once for many years (a buy out option) which is typically the case.
