We have just got them in my local gym. My instructor showed me what to do and I could not believe how much they make your muscles work in such a small amount of time. I was sweating after only a few minutes ! He reckons that you only have to use in for 10 mins at a time and you can work the whole of your body. I think they work your core muscles. The cost at my gym is �3 for 10mins.
