Is it just me? But I think once you've won an item on eBay that's the moment the seller should leave feedback? Once You've paid you've kept your part of the deal, and should be rated accordingly.

I think I've just had a eureka moment, eBay are constantly changing "the way you leave feedback" so why don't they change it so that the buyer can't leave feedback until the seller has? The buyer then has a right to appeal, and if the seller does'nt leave feedback after so many days then they can't and then the buyer can leave theirs? How do you like those apples? If you agree tell me, and if you strongly agree tell eBay. The collective ire of numerous eBayers may shake those lazy, useless numpty's at eBay out of their torpor and they might actually do some work for a change!
