A friend of mine has just finished treatment for the same problem as yours Ringwood. She had laser treatment at the local beauty spa.She paid 50 for a test patch to see if her skin was suitable but that was deducted from the final bill which was 250.She said it was a bit uncomfortable a bit like a bee sting and her face was red for about a week.It depends on how many veins you need to treat as to how much it costs.I hope that helps you and I'm sure it would be worth it in the long run, good luck.
Hi ringwood
There is a cheaper alternative. Boots stock a green concealer that you apply under your make up. That does help a lot as a friend of mine has used that for years.
i had laser treatment on mine - didn't do a thing to get rid of them and i've since accumulated more! i also had a deeper vein in my face that i tried to get rid of and that has also gotten worse. laser treatment wasn't painful but it took weeks to heal and it was quite expensive.
There is a good product called Fade Out available from Boots.
