our nabour has cut down a boundry hege to its stems. most of it has died because of it. and have erected his fence agaist it. on our deeds on the fence there is a S mark. we don,t know what this means and T on our side is not joined as T as horizontal and verticle. so we can,t make out whos hedge it is. please some body help.

well.... ive got the same problem our neighbour told us that the fence on the right was mine....but on our deeds the fence on the right has the "T"which i understand to be the fence that belongs to us. sorry no idea about the s mark, but if it is a "H"then you are both responsible....but at least you got a new fence which is more than ive got at the moment, and you dont have to cut a fence as often.
