I think the advert is titled "The Pursuit of Perfection". It has a beautiful piano soundtrack, does anyone know who performed it or the name of the piece of music? Thanks very much, it's driving me crazy!!

The piece was composed for the advert by Ralph Kemper, a German composer/producer of commercial music, and according to Lexus goes by the name of the advert itself i.e. "Lexus LS 460". There are posts on foreign-language boards and YouTube which claim the tune will be released due to popular demand and has been subtitled "Nice and Subtle".

The tune itself is reminiscent of Yann Tiersen, composer and performer of the soundtrack for the film "Amelie", especially the piece "Comptine d'Un Autre �t�: L'apr�s Midi".

Yeah I got this from Lexus:

Thank you for your interest in our new advert. As you know the song was composed and performed by Mr. Ralph Kemper, the name of the song is titled LS460 'Nice and Subtle' and shall soon be available on I-Tunes within the next couple of weeks. The advert was filmed on location in New Zealand.
