today I bought for the first time an annual insurance policy it only covers Europe and England. We are going to Tenerife and I have just realised that Tenerife is strictly not in Europe. Will I still be coverred?

Have a look at the small print on the policy. It will surely list what the company considers to be "Europe". By "England", I assume that you mean the whole of the UK.

yes,it is classed as part of spain.

thanks for your replies. I rang the insurers and they said they cover as far as Tunisia but it does not say what countries are covered in the small print.
