I'm going to make up a book for my sister's 50th birthday with things she'll smile about she'll have forgotten. One of those is something I've just noticed: There's a tiny house... Please come up with others. Sweets; Can you remember etc......, TV programmes etc

Jublee triangular ice lollies; bazooka bubble gum; elastic round the knee high socks leaving a nasty ridge in the calf; gaberdine macks; swagger coat; animal magic and tales of the riverbank on tv; bunty comic; vests.

British bulldog; kaleidoscope; paint magic; coat peg at infant school; lipstick with the red smarties; wheel tappers and shunters club; The Good Old Days; Deputy Dawg; Vesta curry; Camberwick Green.

All random - hope you can make some sense of it!
a good way to do this would be to work out what age she would be in cartain year and google things that happened, you can print of newspaper headlines and TV screenshots too.

Thank you Ethel for all that and good idea Bob a Job. I really appreciate your answers.
If you go to the site www.thisdayinmusic.com it will tell you what song was at number 1 when your sister was born and you can also have that single framed as a keepsake.
