Is anyone doing the MacMillan Summer Quiz? If so, any clues for pictures 73,74,75, 82, 88, 89 and 90 please? I've still got a lot of other questions to answer, but I hate picture questions and would like to get these out of the way if possible. Also, does Q115 make any sense to you? Do they mean based on design, architecture, features, use or just something similar? Thanks again.

Curley, If I new the answer to Q61 I would auction it on e-bay!!!! I think that is one question that will defeat the majority of entrants. Incidentally I now have an answer for 74, but still looking for the others.
73 is the statue of hercules in herculaneum. In exchange for this information, please can you tell me where 74 is?
Where can I download this quiz? I thought I'd found it but I can only get the pictures from 71 to 90 and nothing else. Thanks.

Patch 49, This a statue of St. Antonio in Naples. Good Luck and thank you for the answer.

Hello willow, This quiz isn't available on-line. There isn't much time left for submissions, but if you want to have a go the address is on the website you found.

Patch49 So sorry I gave you some duff info. This statue is in Sorrento not Naples. I apologise and grovel suitably. If you google St. Antonio, Sorrento you should be able to find it. Apologies again.
Thanks for 74. Have you got 88 yet? If you zoom the picture to 400% you can read the name over the shop and Google it. Can I swap this hint for one for 85 (the statues)?

Patch49, Thanks for your help - I now have answers for all the pictures (Phew!!!) and happily share with you that the statue in Q85 can be found in Belfast - it is known as the Peace Statue and if you google that you will find pictures and info about it. Good Luck.
Thanks very much, Mother 25! I'm still missing 82, 87, 89, 90 if you're feeling generous. I have got nearly all of the other answers (bar 61 which is impossible!) and 115 if you want to trade.

Hi Patch49, As I have all the pictures I am perfectly willing to share. I haven't got 115 yet, although it has been suggested that it might be St. David's in Pembrokeshire. I've been there and can't really see how it would be based on the Spanish Cathedral, but I am always prepared to be proved wrong! Answers..... 82 - Looe, Cornwall 87 - Snowdonia, Wales 89 - Harwich, Essex 90 - Penrith, Cumbria (known as The Countess Pillar) I am still missing about 10 answers so if I give you the ones I want, maybe you could help me out please? Q11, Q17 (I have found 4 possible countries, but I think it's France) Q18 Q19 Q42 Q44 Q61 Don't think anyone will get this answer!!! Q103 Q110 Q115 Any help appreciated. Thanks and good luck to everyone doing this quiz.
Many thanks for the pictures - I'd tried googling helpful words but got nowhere! Q11 Tony Cottee Q17 I've got UK or France - can't eliminate either Q18 Greyhound racing Q19 Javelin (got this off another page in the answerbank) Q42 Osama bin Laden (FBI list of 10 most wanted men) Q44 Ive got Larkin, but now I look at it again I'm not totally sure- better check Q103 150 Varsity Boat Races Q110 96 (according to my son)Something to do with LCMs which I never understood at school Q115 Someone on an answerbank page suggested Norwich but I went to the cathedral yesterday and the guides didn't know the answer. Wish I knew someone who knew 61!

Patch49, Thank you so much for those answers, you're a star! :-) My daughter also suggested Larkin for Q44,but I haven't been able to connect the name with all the titles given....I'll keep trying. Q61 is still defeating me, and the Cathedral is also proving hard to find. I do know it isn't Lichfield because I e-mailed them and asked and the Canon who replied asked me to let him know when I get the answer as he is now interested! Perhaps an e-mail to every cathedral we can find might yield something!! I will get back to you if I find an answer for either of these two, but I don't think 61 is ever going to be found! I've got my whole family on it, as they've all got computers, and my eldest son has sent me three answers today which agree with yours, so I am prepared to say we've probably got some right anyway! Thanks again.
44. Have you tried William Shakespheare?
