I have been with my gilfriend for over a year and have had intercourse for all of that. I do not use a condom because she is on the pill. I have recently developed spots around my nether regions. Is this the fault of my girlfriend because this has never happened with the other women. In short, do I have a STD?

You should see a doctor. Most STDs cause a discharge from the end of the penis, or a single large painless sore, rather than a rash.
Does it itch? Some people do have this reaction to crabs ... basically long-distance diagnosis is impossible. You should see either yor doctor, or if you want anonymity go to a clinic.
