XP SP2 Problem

Trying to download XP SP2 from internet and it's unsuccessful. Sent for the disc and this won't load either.
Any ideas?

Is it Windows update that's failing?

Saying the disc wont load does not give us much to go on.

Is this the official SP2 disc from Microsoft ?

What actually happens, what messages do you get?

Are you certain you are not already on SP2 ?

Open the Windows Control Panel and see if you have an icon for Security Centre. If it IS there then you already have SP2 installed..

Are you runing on Windows XP?

Is your XP a legit version if not it will not load sp2, if it is legit contact MS for help as sometimes original discs fail to be accepted and they can help .
