kids theme tunes

I have a 4 yr old so frequently end up catching bits of his programmes. I love the theme tunes for some and I'm pretty sure the artists have actually released stuff. I would be grateful if anyone could tell me who sings the tune for Shaggy and scooby doo get a clue. And I'm pretty sure I've heard the distinct voice of the singer for the Ben 10 theme tune, but who is it? Please help, it's driving me mad!

According to a reviewer on tv.com the theme to 'Shaggy and Scooby Doo Get a Clue' is by Mark Mothersbaugh (from the band Devo)
