Freecom DVB-T USB TV Stick Digital TV tuner question

I bought this but upon installing the software I was asked for the serial number. There was a serial number on the box but i just get the message that the serial number that I have entered is invalid

I have tried to contact the seller but am getting no response.

I was going to download a code from a file sharing network but my internet at home is not working so I only have access to the internet at work

Please can anyone help?

I had the same problem - I managed to lose my serial number ! (Needed it for a re-install on a new PC) I telephoned Freecom UK (got the number from their website) help and support, told them what had happened and they gave me a new one over the phone.

Also try searching the CD - some of those devices have the # in a file on the CD or sometimes printed on the disc!

The Freecom DVB-T-USB stick is shipped with a CD which has the product key printed on its sleeve. Evidently, you did not receive the original sleeve.
