the diameter will be marked on it, to measure the PCD measure from the centre of the wheel to the centre of a bolt hole then double it. Usually between 100 and 120mm on a car
You don't say wether it is a 4,5 or 6 stud wheel.
4 stud ... pcd = s / 0.7071
5 stud ... pcd = s / 0.5878
6 stud ... pcd = s / 0.5

"s" is the distance between hole centres on adjacent studs
Hope this helps.
