It doesn't just feel like a cold I'm all cold, hot n shivery and shakey my glands are swollen and cant move my head off the pillow - cant sleep either, can't eat (which isn't such a bad thing as I need to lose a few pounds)

Thanks

Get to the docs! It could be a virus where you'll need anti biotics! Other than that try beechams flu plus capsules or day and night nurse capsules
Make sure that you drink lots of fluids until you get to the doctor as well. Orange juice has lots of vitamin C which is good if you're not eating either. I'm suffering with the same thing at the moment, and night times are the worst. Try and keep as comfortable as you can on some cosy pillows, read if you feel up to it - this will make you feel drowsy and you may get some sleep.

I hope you feel much better very soon.
Sorry, me again! Try and have some toast with some butter if you feel up to it, at least you'll have something in you to keep you going. I haven't been able to eat this week either, and as a result have lost 4lbs since Monday - not happy about that but can't manage anything.

Keep warm.

Morning Maidon.

I am glad to hear that you were feeling a bit better last night - I am better this morning thank you, as actually had a good sleep last night.

I haven't been the best of patients to be honest, like the proverbial bear with a sore head ; )

Hope you feel good this morning, and that you're well enough to enjoy a lovely weekend.

Take care x
