Hey, whenever i actually eat breakfast in the morning before work, i find i feel even more hungrier all throughout the day than when i do when i dont eat breakfast? And i get hungrier earlier that i would if i hadnt eaten breakfast. Why is this? I thought maybe its possibly that when i eat breakfast it sets off my metabolism working earlier hence food being burned off/digested faster which leaves me hungry again? any advice would be great!

Eat more breakfast. That's what I did when this started happening to me. Didn't have to eat lunch til past 2pm some days.
That's exectly it, metabolism faster, use energy quicker, feel hungry sooner. Do not be tempted to skip breakfast, your body will be in starvation mode every day till lunch, bad, very bad. The same happens to me, I eat some fruit mid morning, that helps.
I don't know what your preferences are for brekky but have you tried porridge? You can add fruit, nuts or even honey to sweeten and it tends to keep me going a lot longer than normal cereals.
If you already eat porridge then I don't really know what to suggest.
Hey freak,

I have Asda organic museli in the morning it's yummy - when it's cold I microwave it for 30 seconds delish.. during the morning I have a pot of grapes or dried fruit or nuts to keep me going till lunchtime.

Hope this helps xx
