Excel Lookup query - multiple cells

oh please help i am stuck. i have done an excel lookup but really want this on multiple cells in the worksheet. Do i have to do every single lookup individually or can it be done automatically for multiple actions/cells

Without knowing any more than you've said, I think you need to look Excel's help for "criteria".

Criteria allow you to select data based on one or more look-up items (criteria). I've posted a very small example of how they might be used here:
