what is the legal age of someone to glass collect in a bar/pub and is it ever legal for someone under the age of 18 to be behind a bar even if they are not serving alcohol?

I believe it is OK providing there is an adult supervising. I'm only really going on the fact that supermarkets can sell alcohol with schoolkids on the till, so why should behind a bar be different.
