It means you are joint owner and would get (normally) half the proceeds if it were sold.
What matters is the land registry entry. Deeds are no more than a quaint tradition in most cases.
Wrong- deeds can be very imprtant eg if leasehold or subject to rentcharge or boundaries adjusted after first sale.
