Reeeealy its just the resin and stuff used in dental work

"Polymer is a term used to describe large molecules consisting of repeating structural units, or monomers, connected by covalent chemical bonds."

So it'll be a resin or composite designed specifically for use in one gob!
The molecules will be small so the resin can be pushed in all teh nooks & crannies, and it will be 'cured' by shining UV light on it. This makes the molecules link together which makes them tough and stable.
