how do i change VW polo headlamp bulb?

The bulb has gone in the drivers side headlamp. I have bought a bulb, H7 at a cost of �4.99 but i would like to change it myself, anyone have advice?

behind the headlight there is a rubber cap on the back of the unit, that just pulls off, the bulb is held in by a clip and a multiplug on thre bulb, replace the bulb but do not touch the glass part. if u cant do it take to an independant or vw garage.
