How do I find out how much ram / hard drive space I have?

Hard Drive Space:
Double-click My Computer
Right-click your disk drive
Choose Properties
This will show a pie-chart of your hard disk with total storage and free space.
Total RAM
Right-click My Computer
Choose Properties
In the "Computer" section of the "General" tab it will tell you your processor type and the amount of RAM
Free RAM
Hold down CTRL+Alt and hit delete
Choose Task Manager
Go to the "Performance" tab
In the Physical Memory section it will tell you the Total and Available Memory.
