im not sure but you would probably get a very cold chicken
They freeze quite well - but you need to remove them from the shell. Can then be frozen as they are or beaten and frozen.
You can freeze them in ice cube trays and when they are frozen transfer them to a plastic zip bag for easier storage and so they can be used one at a time.
It would have never occurred to me to freeze eggs ... good post, thanks
BBW....do you mean break the raw egg into freezer container?
Sorry, just discovered your last question. Yes, just take the plastic tray that you freeze ice cubes in - break a raw egg into the little well - and keep doing that until you have all the eggs or all the compartments finished. Let it freeze solidly - pop out each one and seal them in a plastic zippered bag - since they are frozen they shouldn't stick together. Then if a recipe or your breakfast calls for 2 eggs - just take out 2 cubes and thaw them out!
theleeroy - if it isn't too much trouble - and if you have the time - could you please let us know if we gave you what you needed or if we need to keep looking?

Thanks for your help.
