(3)"E"'s found in a ravine ; the alternatives a water source (6,6)
4).A french king gains an indefinite article and then perhaps an entire childs bed (6,3,6)
(5)A cross and medal on the front of crumpled cotton (6,5)
(6) sounds as though he has cut down on the digging and the ladies have lost their head (7,5)
