NTSC video tape to PAL or DVD

I have had a video taken of an event in USA and I would love my mother to see it however it is in American NTSC or whatever it is, format. How can I convert it so my mother can see it in England ???

Some video players sold in the UK can play NTSC as well as PAL.

Check the documentation that came with the video players you have access to, you may find one of them can already play NTSC.

(Because the Americans went to colour TV long before everyone else, the NTSC system they developed is not that good -some people think that NTSC stands for Never The Same Colour)
