Sorry but I don't get it. Could you explain a bit slower, please?

type the little arrows and the b's with your text in between, but you have to do it without putting spaces like I did.

if I tried to type it 'as is' you'd just see bold text

cut & paste the middle line of my answer, then delete all the spaces in it ... then replace the words ''insert your text here'' with your own words.
