Ctl + Alt + Del

When I do a Ctrl/Alt/Del to open the Task manager box to close a non responsive programme,all I get is a plain White box which displays the running programmes along with the 3 bottom options,End Task-switch to and New task.
However all the top tabs are missing !!! Processes etc..
Anyone know how I cqan get them back ?

Finally found answer on Google.
Double left click in Task manager window !

DOH !!!!
