the dvd i have is new out come out on 26 dec 06 . prob end up in same place as all my other dvd s lol

It did seem very low impact Battersby, but I never really got any further than the first section where you lie on the floor, tuck your tummy in and....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

So I'm afraid I can't say for sure, sorry
